Need help, looking for a new laptop

Hey guys, so i decided to buy a new laptop for work and school mainly.
I have little to no clue about laptops what so ever and i was wondering if some of you have some suggestions about decent laptops in the 400-500 Euro range.
I also like to play some simple games with it if thats possible?
