NEED HELP - My email is being used without permission

Hello,
my email id along with thousands of others, is being displayed on some russian adult dating website. - http/southislands<dot>ru/ , without my permission.

How do I remove it? Which authority should I report it to you?

Talk to your email provider. If its your ISP then give them a call, if its a gmail or yahoo account then deactivate it and make a new one.
