need help please

i have a tab 3 that was hacked by a scammer trying to getme to pay to fix it so now it stuck on the logo screen if i power it off it will come right back on i can get into thetwrp screen however nothing works it will try to do whatever then say failed kernel does not have support for readingSELinux context so aparently they have corrupt my system with linux and wiped the os what can i do

You can try downloading a stock ROM using a computer and flash the tablet using that.
