Need Help Please

Hello
I am having trouble with my sound on my internet and i have everything turned up to 100 and still no sound
but when i play music off of my itunes it works perfect but why isnt it working on my internet ??
can you please help me i have reset my computer and the google chrome but still no sound has came on

open your internet browser
left-click on the sound icon on the windows taskbar
left-click on "Mixer"
check if the you have muted the sound for the browser
