Need help to buy a point and shoot

Hi all,
i need a point and shoot digital camera for a budget of around $200
please suggest something.

What body style? do you need a big screen on the camera? do you need a large zoom lens? what country are you shopping in?

Optical zoom is preferable, and buying in India. Body style doesn,t matter.
Need a decent picture quality even in low light.

New Canon cameras are small and have very large zoom for their size, like 20x or 24x. Very small size too. Picture quality is not very good though. I own one of these. Handy, but would prefer DSLR for quality.
