need help with google chrome ASAP

hi, can someone please tell me how to get rid of that damn ask tool bar tab thing when i load up google chrome its really...REALLY annoying and i want it gone but i cant find out how to do it. if you can help me il give you one of my kidneys ;P

Go to settings-> on top left you will find extensions click on it -> You will find ask tool bar extension just disable it or delete it actually
