I never really used web cameras until now so I need your help.
I just bought this web camera: http
/www.canyon-tech.com/products/voip/webcams/CNR-FWC120H
The name of the camera states that it can output 720p video.
On the other hand it states that the resolution of the sensor is 2MP, which would mean the resolution is 1600x1200 which matches the stated "Maximum Video Resolution".
The third specification says that the "Maximum Frame Capture Rate" is 640x480@30fps which is a LOT lowed than the first 2 resolutions.
Can I change this cameras output to 720p or 1600x1200 somehow, or is the resolution locked to 640x480 by the driver for the camera AKA they lied about 720p and I have to return the camera.
