Hey guys, and thanks for viewing this thread. Sorry for the formatting, I'm on mobile. Anyways, here's my issue: I have a Samsung speaker dock model number "DA-E670". A friend broke off the power adapter tip inside the jack. (I think that's the correct term for the part you plug the power cord into.) In trying to remove it, the jack was broken. I took it apart to try and figure out what part number it was and can't find one. Here is an album with images. http://imgur.com/a/cdNl1

If anybody can find that part online or something that will work instead I would be so thankful. It is a very nice speaker set and it would be a shame to have it unusable due to a broken power jack. Also, can I use just any power jack rated for 14V 4A? If so, I can find those online either. Thanks in advance!

Hello,

It is a little bit tricky... You can try this: http://www.dcpowerjacks.net/catalog/index.php, it seems to be either the PJ004 part, if the AC adapter has a central pin (it says Sony, but the layout resembles best with the original jack) or the PJ002 part, if the AC adapter doesn't have a central pin.
