Would appreciate any suggestions as to brand and model of laptop. Will have Windows 8.1, MS Office suite, Outlook, Firefox. Used for word processing, spreadsheets, email, web browsing with multiple windows open, Skype. No gaming, CAD, video editing. Needs to be fast, have a decent camera for Skype with clients, at least 15" screen, can be used with dual monitors, will be used with external keyboard and mouse, decent quality.

You won't find one with MS Office (except a free trial version) or CAD software installed.
They cost too much for manufacturers to include full versions of software like those two.

Go to any brick-and-mortar store (BestBuy, Fry's, Costco, Walmart). Look for a laptop in $400-$500 range with good screen (avoid 1366x768), with HDMI port, and enough (at least two) USB ports . Depending on where you buy it from, Microsoft Office Home and Student will be another $130-150.

Sorry for misunderstanding. I will install all software except the OS.

What I'm looking for are recommendations for a reliable, quality laptop that will last for 4 years or more. What brand and model, processor, etc.?
