Need laptop for max $400-500

I have traditionally bought Dell laptops. This is the cheapest one that I have found available. I need a DVD player, and a keyboard. I didn't want a touch screen. They just get messy...

I'm not sure if this laptop will come with an easy to access place underneath to add a stick of ram, and what ram would I get.

If you have a better suggestion than the one below please post the link.

Operating System: Looking for a Windows 7 machine-
Display: Wanted a 14 or 15"-
Graphics:needs to play netflix-
Memory: Would like it to have at leaswt 4GB, but 8 preffered-
Hard Drive: not picky.
Uses: I use for microsoft office, internet surfing, and netflix movies.
Budget: $400-500

I used the search tool on newegg, but the Windows 7 pc's all were more expensive. Most of the ones mentioned in the post were win 8 computers.

I am hoping that someone knows of a better deal.
