Need laptop HELP

My laptop has been working normally in the morning until the afternoon when things started going wrong. Now I can not do anything on my laptop if I click on any thing it won't work. So what do I do.
I need a quick and easy solution.

Need much more details here, what exactly is going on, when did it start, what did you try already? What exactly are you trying to do and what happens when you try it?

Yep, what is happening? What laptop are you using?

The easiest solution is to press the Power button for 5 Seconds (that will kill anything, incl your work progress you may had running),
take out the battery if you can, if not proceed, press all key and wait for 15 sec.
Put battery back in and turn on normally.

What I have done so far is testins different applications. Also I found a way to turn it off but it won't work.
What I did was left click on the the window button then selected power off but it did not succeed
