Need phone with fast WiFi

Looking to get a good phone with a good download speed and unlimited data usage so I don't have to pay for internet separately, any suggestions?

That's generally not the phone, but the service. The placement of the antenna on the phone might make a small difference, but not much. As for service, we need to know what country your in. If your in the US, then I would suggest Cricket Wireless (they recently were bought out by AT&T and had a complete overhaul), or T-Mobile.

I'm in canada, I don't think the service plans are too different.

I don't think T-Mobile is in Canada, but I could be wrong. I have no idea about Cricket.
