Need some advice

I have a Nextbook area 10A and it isnt cracked or broken but had made 3 to 5 scratches on the glass and one or two are a little deep but not really deep and touch screen doesn't want to work now.... anything I can do myself to fix it?

You can get a new digitizer and replace that, may fix the issue.
