I am wondering is there any software that will over-ride anything on my pc (including games on full screen) that will display the temperature of my components? Or that will warn me when my components reach certain temperatures.

I've looked at other forums but i kind quite seem to find what i need. I do have speed fan installed so if there is a way to use that can someone tell me please.

Only SpeedFan and HWMonitor come to mind, but you want the information to be displayed on top of everything? I only can think of Rainmeter widgets that do that, but not sure if they have ones that monitor GPU temperature, I've seen CPU temperature rainmeter before.

You can get Rainmeter here:

http://www.rainmeter.net

And then browse for rainmeter widgets/skins here:

http://rainmeter.deviantart.com/

Rainmeter allows you to set the widget/skin to stay in the desktop only, normal or on top of everything.

Sorry I couldn't track down to specific skin that does CPU temperature, there are simply too many, just look for one that suits you as Rainmeter is very customisable and available in all sort of skins and interfaces

I use HWinfo64 + Rivatuner Statistics server. I use the HWinfo interface when not gaming and the OSD settings to display in the corner when I am gaming.

Speedfan will warn when you hit certain temperatures but although I've tried it before I don't really like / use it.
