Need to reinstall Win 7 on Satellite C655-S5082

After finding a Win 7 download on the Microsoft site I wiped my hard drive. Upon trying to download Win 7 I found that the product key on my computer would not work and was directed to the OEM. Toshiba wants $30 to provide a DVD with Win 7 for this computer(Satellite C655-S5082). Is there any source to get this for free? I plan to donate this computer and don't want to throw more money at it.
