Need to reset CMOS. No Reset button. No jumper. No battery iView Maximus II Laptop

I have a Win10 iView Maximus II Laptop where the USB ports were inadvertently disabled as well as the keyboard and touchpad in the Bios.

I need to reset the Bios back to its defaults. The tablet has no Reset button. There is no jumper inside, no coin-cell battery, and disconnecting the built-in battery packs didn't work.

Is there another way to clear the CMOS? (note: I can get into Windows. I can't get into the Bios, as keyboard/touchpad has been disabled.)

Did you contact the laptop vendor support? If there is no battery there may be a push button on the motherboard somewhere to reset BIOS.
