Need to Test a MBP Retina SSD for Functionality Outside of the Laptop?

I have a 256GB Macbook Pro Retina 13" A1502 SSD that I have taken out of a liquid damaged enclosure. I would like to test the functionality of the SSD, but because the motherboard of the MBP itself appears to be fried, I will need to do so by alternate means. Is there a certain device I could buy that would allow me to plug the SSD into it, and thus test its functionality?

Are you sure this would work with a MBP SSD? It doesn't seem feasible. Here's what one looks like...

with that you can try plugging it another computer and test to see if your ssd is still working

edit: whoops looks like i spoke to soon. that would convert you ssd to the standard m.2 size you would then need a device with a free m.2 slot to test that otherwise an m.2 to sata adapter/enclosure

Thanks guys. I think I found what I was looking for, although I was hoping I wouldn't have to pay 20 bucks just to test the damn thing (yeah, I'm cheap). Hoping this will work with the A1502 SSD, asking the seller now.

I don't think that will work as your ssd card has 12 & 16 pins on 1 side never mind the other side.
