Question need your help in buying laptop

i am interested in purchasing a laptop computer, I am interested in editing short videos, a lot of PowerPoint and a bit of my video talking for the purpose of creating a tutorial presentation for the course I am teaching. I want to buy a new laptop but it needs to be not expensive. I researched a lot of hours and realized that the video card is problematic. Can you please write me which not expensive video cards the will work well in camtasia (i do not have to use 2020, but 9 or 8 for the least) editing videos of 10 minutes at most. Mostly PowerPoint and also my videos teach.

i saw these cards: will one of them be enough? Intel HD Graphics 4000 for one leptop and this card: Graphics: Intel ® UHD Graphics

Suggestions for cards that you are femiliar with are welcome, none of the sellers know and offer me very very expensive computers in my opinion without justification.

What exactly is "not expensive"? You can edit videos on almost any computer, it's a matter of how long it takes to render and how smooth the tools run.
