Needing help with laptop

I have a Toshiba laptop C655D-S5126 I have taking the battery out and held the power button for 30 second and it still will not come on, I need help please?

have you tried just leaving the battery out and attach your AC adapter and pressing the power button?
hopefully its just a dead battery. if there is no charging LED. then maybe your AC adapter isnt working. then youll have to visit the repair shop if it doesnt work.
