Netflix App not included in Samsung Smarthub list

I have a Samsung UE40D6530 and do not have Netflix App available in the on Screen App Store. The TV had the app until a couple of days ago when it ran a Smart hub upgrade now the app isn't available to download ... Any one able to help please I have tried changing country to USA and back to UK but still no Netflix

Forgot to mention Netflix is ok on my other 2 Samsung TV's
