When you encounter Error 1011 with the Netflix app, it means
that there are connectivity issues. Reinstalling Netflix is not necessary to
get rid of this error message. Try either of the below fixes to restore the app
back to normal.

Reset The Netflix App

Outdated information that stays stored on your Apple device
needs to be forced out. Sometimes the only way to do that is by resetting the
app. Doing this is like having a fresh install all over again without having to
go to the iTunes store. This fix is the best with the tradeoff being that it
takes the most steps.

1. While on the Home screen, select Settings.

Restart The Device

Restarting clears up a lot of software related errors that
may prevent an app from accessing the internet. Error 1011 has been fixed
several times by doing a restart with a small waiting period before booting the
phone up again.

1. Hold the Sleep/Wake button until you get the power
prompt.

2. Follow the prompts instruction and slide to power the
device off.
