The version of the Netflix app on the Xbox One is one of the
best, but can still get Error UI-122. Both of the fixes below work for all
versions of the Xbox One, include the Xbox One X.

Uninstall And Then Reinstall The Netflix App

There are many steps involved with this fix, but the success
rate is high. Users that have had the Error UI-122 more than once should try
this fix first.

Restart The Xbox One

 A quick restart will
clear the memory of the console without forcing you to sign back into Netflix.
It can also remedy network related errors associated with Netflix.

1. Turn off the Xbox One console and unplug it from the wall
for one minute.
