Question Netflix TV calibration

I am able to add the calibration seasons to my list on my Netflix account. I then open Netflix on my TV and go to my list and select season 1. My issue is that I can't seem to be able to select the black box in the screen to make my adjustments. Is there a specific way to do this?

I have the same situation, maybe for non-techies it's quite difficult for me
