Network Adapters and Drivers for Win 7 64-bit, AMD Dual APU 3400 CPU's. NO INTERNET AVAILABLE

Where do I find the correct network adapter and sm bus controllers and drivers, so I can manually install them. My desktop HAS NO internet recognition. Every site Ive been too requires that once Ive installed the Driver Support or Set up, and internet connection is required.... I'm not getting any direction or feedback from anyone....
