New acer aspire 575g super slow !

I have a brand new acer e5 575g with a 940mx 2gb ddr5 with 2 days of use And is so slow!!!!It takes 3 minutes to turn on and 30 seconds to open chrome.And i see people With the same pc playing heavy games and i can evan run chrome , What should i do? Thxs
