New CPU and MOBO, now my Windows 10 files are corrupt

Sometimes I can log in but I don’t have much time before I crash. I tried to reinstall windows but I get an error for that too.

Be sure to list the make/model of all installed components when you do. Also, indicate whether you performed a clean installation of Windows or it you "recycled" a previous installation.
