New headphone is not loud?

Hello! I’m a brand new Twitch Affliate. I just brought a new headphones it is AKG K702 headphone. I just brought specifally for gaming to listen to footsteps and all. For some reason, my audio through my headphone is medium volume even through the 100percent volume from sound mixer and YouTube volume. I use amplifier Sennheiser GSX 1000 along with it and it is still medium. Meanwhile my Sennheiser GAME Zero is Super loud and the way i like it. Did my amplifier not compatible with my new headphone? Do i plug in new headphone first to download something?

Does your new headphone have a volume knob or something? If so, check that it's maxed out.

It does not have a volume knob. Review says these are very hard to drive the sounds.
