New laptop for school

Hi.
This year im starting a new education (mechatronics) and need a new laptop.
The recomended laptop is a HP Zbook 15U AMD W4190M.
The problem is that this laptop is quite expensive where i live (The Netherlands)
The minimum specifications are:
I7
8 gb ram
Windows 10
If posible ISV certified
So my qeustion is:
Are there any better alternatives in a 800 - 1000 euro price range
Edit: i wil have to run programs like cad

sorry i forgot to say the programs i will be running.
Correct me if im wrong, but i don't think intergrated graphics are enough for programs like cad

Just pick two options for you in below:
1. MSI GE62
2. ASUS GL552
If you have no budget concern, I will vote GE62 for its gaming feature like Steelseries keyboard or its great cooling thermal design.
