New laptop, slow

I recently bought an asus x540up-dm027t and it is very slow. I already had a replacement of the same product because at first i thought it was just defective.
But i have this new one, it is still vert slow. It is always loading or not responding. Asus smart gesture is not working sometimes because of how slow it it.

Need some help? Or anybody has the same experience as me? Any advice how to speed it up? Thanks

whats the full spec of the laptop?what time of drive is it using?(5400rpm/7200rpm hdd or ssd)
