Question New menu pop up problem

TCL smart TV .... Menu keep pop up on right side and it move to home page automatically..
It is in loop. Please tell me how to solve this.. see below image.

I have TCL smart TV . But problem is menu is keep coming right side of screen, and screen move to home menu automatically.
This loop continue over and over again.
It distract viewing. There is no problem in remote.How to solve this problem?
