new multi- planline

Maybe I am getting slow in my old age but I can't make sense of the
new $15 Multi-line plan?

It says it can be used with any plan over $20 including city-fido.
Does that mean
$45 city fido + $15 Multi-line = 2 phones unlimited local calling for
$60 (plus taxes and other superfolous charges?)
What do you think?

no, just means for $15 month you get:
Unlimited local calls between Fido subscribers
50 anytime minutes

Not the use of the initial subscribers package (eg. City on another line for
$15 more/month)

optional charges (like call display) for every line?
