I had no idea where to put this, but since laptops need power adapters, I figured people with knowledge on them could help.

Basically I have a Turtle Beach earforce x3, it uses a wireless little infrared box, that's powered by mains, however my brother(who used it on the xbox when I wasn't using the headset) managed to snap the cable on the plug, so it's... dead.

I tried looking for a replacement but I have no idea what I'm looking for.

here is what the plug says underneath:
MODEL: AK01G-0900030B
INPUT: 100-240v--50/60Hz 0.2A
OUTPUT: 9V =-=-= 0.3A
EFFICIENCY LEVEL: (IV)

then it's all like: C€ (-)--(o--(+)

and inside a tiny box with a triangle looking shape it says

EN 60950-1
BS EN 60950-1

in stupidly small writing.

So yeah, what should I type into Amazon/Google shopping/Ebay/onlinewebsitehere to find the right adapter/power supply connector for me turtle beach wireless box.

Try this. has 9 Volt regulated output. The higher current capability (650 mA) is OK as it will only provide what is needed. may have to adapt the plug end. Adaptors are available, or you can get the right size at Radio shack and replace (requires splicing)
The "then it's all like: C€ (-)--(o--(+)" means that the Outside is negative and the center is (positive) (That tends to be the standard).

Quote "High-quality switching 'wall wart' AC to DC 9V 650mA power supply. The switch-mode power supply regulates the output to 9V (no more 14V outputs!) and its capable output current is much higher (650mA!). These will power most projects that don't require more than 650mA of current. Center-positive 5.5x2.1mm barrel connector" End Quote

OR, try
