New Remotes question?

Hello

We have an 920 4dtv and our remote seems to have finally bit the dust.
How do the new remotes work with the older units?

My wife went to a satellite store today to but a new one and from what i
can tell it is shaped like the new ones i see on the net but the one we
got does not have 4dtv at the bottom of the remote and i dont even see a
(option) key or a (go back) key.

In the enter of the unit these are the buttons that we have
Timer
Favorites
Menu
Help
Set up-press this key and i get a small fine turn screen
next

I can now change satellites which is good and also there is a favorites
option though we never used that one.

But...There isnt a option screen to see the modem status for pay for
views and for programming in satellites or to check mail and cant see
the counter.

Looks just like the one though that we see pictures of on the net and i
suppose that we thought the lady who sold us this knew what she was
doing.

I think i got a remote that looks like the new 4dtv one and might have
just as many buttons....But...This isnt marked 4dtv like the ones we
have seen on the net and these buttons dont take me to whereever options
are hiding.

If it is a 922 remote it will work fine and it does have an Options
and Go Back key. URC-941 is the model number of a 922
remote and should be written on the back label.
