New Samsung 65 inch KS7000 screen problem!

Hi,

I was watching my new LCD TV and suddenly my screen (2016 model 4K HDR LED screen) went PARTIAL black with vertical colored lines.... Factory reset, power cable unplug, etc. Nothing worked....

Could this be a Tcon problem? And is it difficult to let it fix by a specialized company?

with tv that large it has home service. you void the warranty if you open the tv. it may be the cable or the screen itself. if it under 30 days return the tv. let the store repair or send the tv back for credit.
