Hi,

I just bought and setup my new set of speakers for gaming and audio.
Here it is - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6836121044

My friend warned me that if i have speakers that shake enough or close enough to my PC tower that it can potentially damage my HDD? (I do play loud that is why I'm concerned). So is my friend's statement true?

For now my sub-woofer is under the desk which should be safe if this problem is true.

Hopefully I put this in the right section ;).

Thanks.

The inside of your PC is a whirlwind of air caused by a torrent of case fans.

A subwoofer is not going to move any appreciable amount of air inside your case to cause damage to your hard drives.
