New to Laptop Gaming.. Help!!

Hello. I am new to laptop gaming. I just got my Ge72 Apache 235 today and while playing some counter strike global offensive, my game crashed and I couldnt alt tab out, so i had to force close my laptop by holding the power button.. after that I had the SLOWEST startup ever, followed by a windows update. Idk how to check temps and how/when to use turbo cooling (the fan gets loud when i turn it on)

Please give me tips

Things to do:

Make sure ALL drivers are up to date, including the BIOS.
Try running a chkdsk (stands for check disk).

I got this error:

Did the tutorial say you have to go into the command prompt as admin? Because in order for it to work you need to be administrator.
