I usually go into stores to review TV's in person. There are benefits to seeing it for myself before buying, but only a lengthy demo can truly let you know whether it is the right TV. Can some of you let me know what TVs you use/would recommend looking at?

I'm a gamer, I watch a lot of blu ray films, and I like 3D. Some stuff:

1. low input latency is important for competitive gaming so I can't overlook this when buying a TV

2. looking at screen sizes between 40-50"

Please give me suggestions for a new TV

Thanks

I looked around and like the Samsung UE46D8000. It does well in reviews but a few have noted the 30ms+ is not the best for competitive gaming. I played Halo Reach on a 10 year old CRT over my previous HDTV because I valued the input response so highly! So this raises concern about an otherwise good looking choice.

Do any of you use this TV or have one you would recommend I look at? Advice will be greatly appeciated =)
