Hello, using the same apps through our Roku box and also via an Iphone, the picture is very blurry and pixelated when using the Roku, however it's OK when we stream the same thing from an Iphone. The TV is an LG QNED, and our old TV never had any blurry/pixelated streams. What could be causing this? HDMI cables seem fine, and I think we have plenty of bandwidth.
Any ideas how to troubleshoot?
Our HVAC furnace is in the attic above the living room right above the TV, and I read that sometimes interference can cause this. Does that sound like a possible cause?
The thing that is stumping us is that our old TV (5 year old LG 4K) had no problems whatsoever. We tried replacing it earlier this year with a different TV and had the same issue with that new TV, but again, when we put our old TV back up in the same spot, it had no issues.
