Why don't they just use adverts for their revenue? Newspapers make no real money from the amount people pay them for papers, they make their money for the adverts.

Newspapers are really a dying concept. They talk about day old news and are under such pressure to produce newspapers full of adverts that if there's a "slow news day" then they have to create a big hooh hah about nothing just to create news.

ABC, NBC, CBS, and other channels, along with the New York Times and numerous publications are severely slanted towards liberal ideology. This man is trying to get the government to fund more bullshit "green" technologies and push for more jobs to run the technology. Even though I defend Fox News on some fronts, I also believe that even they push agendas that I totally disagree with.

In the end, I believe the problem is the people judging the story. It cost money to run a corporation, so do not be surprised when they have to charge for things that were once free. I am concerned about their plans though.

If News Corp., along with all other news reporting entities, should look at their expenses in order to cut cost. Accessing a site to check news is not something I will pay for, and I am sure there are many other people who feel the same way I do.
