I have a Nextbook that started with Windows 8.1 and then I upgraded to Windows 10. I am no longer going to use the tablet, so I wanted to wipe my data from it. I went to settings to do a full reset. Now when I turn it on, the Nextbook logo comes up but the screen is white with a grey border. It sort of looks like an old black and white tv screen. I don't see a mouse and I have no access to open any programs.
MERGED QUESTION Question from amysuedavenport : "Windows Reset Failure"
Performed a reset on Nextbook Windows 10 tablet, it said Reset Failed. Chose to Exit and return to Windows 10. Now screen is white with grey border. No mouse, no option to select anything. Kind of looks like an old tv screen.
