Nextbook windows 8.1 tablet

When I reseted my windows 8.1 tablet I thought It got stuck on 42% so I turned it off, now when I turn it back on it goes to preparing automatic repair and diagnosing your pc and then it will turn off. please help!!

ok your tablet has been bricked because your disconnected your charger and turned it off you will now have to connect it to your computer and download new software if u r sorta techy u should be able to do this but if need more help just ask
