Yeah, every retailer they list is clear out (most have 2DS, though).

What I did find is that you can get a New Nintendo 3DS XL through the refurbished store, but that depends if you're ok buying used. And who knows how long it will be in stock there? https/store.nintendo.com/ng3/browse/subcategory.jsp?categoryId=cat750772
