Solved! No audio device installed in asus X555LA

I tried installing Realtek audio driver and resetting windows 10 and old drivers versions and i tried Ubuntu too but nothing helped me

Is the integrated audio set to enabled in the BIOS of your laptop?

In the BIOS, set the i/o security of the hd audio to "unlock"

Try pressing FN key + F12 key to enable sound in windows

Today i opened my laptop and check all wired connection to conform my sound hardware. All are good and still no luck.
