No audio out for my TV

I have an LG LED tv with no audio out. It only had 1 HDMI, USB and AV in. Now I want to get the audio from my TV to be played through my woofer. I one watch movies from my USB plugged into the TV and for better sound, I want to get the audio through my woofer

Without modifying the TV, which would void the warranty, your only option would be to use an exteranal player for the USB stick and use the audio output of that. A laptop would work. So would any medial player with analog audio out.
