Solved! no bootable device no recovery disk

Solution
Is it a HDD or SDD. If an HDD, sometimes when the disk fails you can hear a clicking noise as it trys to boot. Your disk (HDD or SDD) is likely toast. You can try to make a bootable USB as suggested above:

On another computer, create an install USB. Do this by following the steps at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10). Select the option to make media for another computer.

Boot from the install USB and do a complete (clean) reinstall. Note that all the data (if any is still readable) will be deleted from your drive. If you have data that is not backed up, take it to a shop and ask them to try to retrieve the disk data. Good luck.

If you can't reinstall Windows, your drive is likely bad.
