No bootable device

I remove my hard disk from my hp pavillion laptop just for me to format it on another system which after i was successful and it work parfectly on the laptop i use to format the hard disk. Inorder for me to put it back into my laptop, it is now showing me no bootable device and no operating system on hard disk.3f0 error.please what am i to do about it.thanks

Not quite sure why you expect to be able to boot of the drive after you took it out and formatted it.

Formatting the drive will erase the OS.

You will have to reinstall the OS.
