No EFI file after cloning. Win10. Will not boot.

Cloned my HDD to a SSD. Somehow the EFI file to boot windows 10 didn't transfer...and got deleted from my original HDD. Tried to refresh PC and it said "Drive where Windows is located is locked. Please unlock and try again." Can't unlock it cause I can't access it. WTF do I do now?

If not already and if you have a windows 10.disc you could try to repair the windows install by booting from the cd and selecting repair computer or advance tool then repair
