No Optical Output on TV

I have a tv with no optical output but have a sound bar that is connected by an optical cable. How can I connect the 2?

If you don't have any audio outputs then you can't connect the soundbar to the TV but if you use a set top box then you can connect it to that directly.
If you do have analog L/R RCA audio outputs then the converter above won't work since is only converts coax digital to optical digital. You would need a converter like this one

I have a computer speaker set hooked up now so wouldnt that mean I do have outputs on the tv?
