no picture or sound

i have a sylvania model number LC320SLX. tv has no picture, no sounds. but the tv does come on and the backlight comes on. the power light blinks about 12 times before the backlight comes on...what part should i replace?

For that TV, don't replace anything, you can buy a newer 32" TV for about $100, even a new one. I got a 1080p 39" TV used for $180 years ago, you can probably find one like that for less now.

I would not bother spending time or money trying to fix a 7 year old low end TV.
