Hello,
My toshiba satelite laptop will not take power from supply cord, none of the lights on the front will work, nothing, its like its completely dead. i had my power supply cord checked and it works. can anyone help me?

in my experience, it's always the port that the power supply plugs into at the laptop. Most laptops eventually hve this problem at that point. After hundreds of times of being plugged in and un-plugged, and the cord getting tugged on, etc, .......it breaks one of the connections there. It is possible to fix it, but it isnt easy. It's actually part of the mbod. It requires some skill and expertise in soldering to and is not always successful. My advice.......it's time for a new laptop.
